The jury sitting took place on February 12 and 13, 2011 in Czech Radio in Prague.

The jurors listened to 40 recordings in total in the following categories: flute (18), oboe (2), bassoon (3), clarinet (13), trumpet (4). The recordings were sent from 15 countries: Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia and Ukraine. The jury awarded 3 first prizes, 5 second prizes and 7 honorable mentions. The overall winner became Austrian flutist Veronika Blachuta.
