IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!

• Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Lost tickets cannot be refunded.
• The entrance to concert venue is open 1 hour before the beginning of the performance.
• After the beginning of the concert, it is not allowed to enter the Hall anymore.
• In case of a late arrival, one looses the specific seat at the Hall.
• It is possible to enter the Hall during the pauses or applause; one will be ushered to free seats according to the instructions of the organisers.
• Barrier-free entrance to Rudolfinum is enabled from the area at the box offices. Please, ask for assistance the personnel at Rudolfinum.
• It is strictly prohibited to take photographs, and make all potential formats of video and audio recordings! Exceptions upon approval of the organisers.
