I began working on this original radio program as a result of "artistic overpressure" some time around 2005, and continued working on it until around 2007. The composition is a parody of public radio broadcasts - not only in terms of the choice of words and meanings, but also in terms of audio. I created all the voices for the moderators and other people using my own voice and digital effects which allowed me to change the pitch and resonance.
For Radioateliér's PremEdice, I edited together around one hour of material whose aim is to evoke a sense of smooth transitions and the sense that you are listening to an actual radio program. It should take the uninitiated listener some time before realizing that the texts consists of absurd and nonsense elements. Despite the heavy dose of irony undoubtedly contained in these recordings, making them was a pleasure to do and I truly enjoyed myself in the process. And I hope that the same applies to listening to them on the ether of Vltava...
